What is the scene happening at 1.33 I'm just curious why they are chanting and what is happening but I can't find any information about it

One problem I notice is that the audio from the idents sometimes overrides the announcer. Poor choice of sounds, in places. They at least need to start dimming the volume a little, this could be an irritating issue for those who are a little hard of hearing yet otherwise don't need the subtitling switched on.

2:17 - Why would Channel 4 create an ident like this of young girls kissing each other? It is sexualized and shown at hours when young children would see this.
