This channel has been an absolute blessing, and I have gained a vast quantity of mental wealth, and health from the readings that this man places here, for free, for all. I recomend listening to his readings of Seneca's moral letters. The teachings in these ancient texts have helped me get through some of the darkest times I have ever faced. Do you fear death? Do you worry about the misfortune that may have befallen you? Just listen to just a few videos that this man has produced on the subject, and I'm certain you will find some new (or rather old) ways of looking at your life's conundrums, that is sure to help you along your path in life. Thank you vox, I can never repay you for all your hard work, I may not be here today without it.

I really enjoy your content! I must have listened to many of them several times but i must say it scares me to hear you speak and see you at the same time. Its like hearing sin tzu, musashi, and all the other dead personas manifest in a living mans body. Its different. But you do a fantastic job all the same. Thanks for all the timeless books you have brought to life. Some of us dont have much use of our eyes but our ears are a window to other worlds.

When I first heard you recite Seneca I was a bit set back by how fast you spoke, but I got used to it and listened to the whole 124 letters with delight. But then, listening to a French version where the person spoke a lot slower, I got convinced that slackening the pace increases the effect. Seneca does encourage Lucilius to speak slowly btw.

Hi robin. After you exhaust the works of the stoics, I would recommend Plutarch's Moralia, and also you could do the rest of Plato's dialogues. You may also do readings of Plotinus and others like Iamblichus and porphory, but they may be a bit too "metaphysical" for this channel.
