I'd love to see HNLMS De Ruyter (a 1935 6,000 ton cruiser of the Dutch navy), best known for the Java Sea and other far east battles. But, if I set sentiment aside, you should probably pick something to drive channel interest, first. HMS Belfast of the British navy might make for a good candidate, since it's amazingly well documented and can be visited as a museum ship. You may even be able to get the curators to cooperate in some way - and they might have access to better processing power.

I will add De Ruyter to the list. Interesting little ship and a interesting story. Ill look into Belfast and see what i can do.

Good to have you back! And sorry to hear about what happened with your main job. If you’re wanting some ship suggestions for after you finish HMS Monmouth. One class that comes to mind is SMS Dresden and Emden. They’re fairly small, so they wouldn’t be the hardest to make, while Emden has a fairly well known history to her credit, which could help with regaining channel traction. 👍

Sorry to hear that you lost your job but glad you're back on yt. I missed the your recent stream so sorry yo. I see Monmouth is completed. Nice work. Btw is that cv QE's island? That thing on your logo I mean. If you're taking requests, how about Georgios Averof? That'd certainly bring entire Greece to watch your channel :D

Its quite alright. Don't worry about it. My new job is far better. Yep Monmouth is complete and on course. Currently rendering out her sinking scene which i hope will be ok until the full Coronel Video comes out. I will add her to the list.

The value of what you are offering is what actually ticks me off about the YT algorithm. High quality work that takes longer then a week suffers with lack of support from YT.

This might sound strange but could you possibly do a video on Russian/USSR Naval Radar and other electronic systems with their corresponding NATO reporting name's?.
@TheShipYard22 жыл бұрын
That is a great idea. I think i could throw that together.

YES absolutely agree that would be a good idea to do as extra content to supplement your output and you should talk more about what you were doing in your old job and in Ukraine etc.. will likley bring more people to the channel. Good luck
