The firefighter game was an absolute gem. Such a rare look into a descend into madness of a man who believes the fire kidnapped his sister and has been holding her hostage for years.

When SGF floated the theory during his top 10 that maybe Dean's just (extra) nuts and has been hallucinating the sentient boss fires this whole time, my whole understanding of the game was changed.

The Saw games are my most recent favorite playthroughs. The way I think about keys has been changed forever
@forestsavior16 күн бұрын
Keys are important. Keys rule the systems that rule us. But seek for them too greedily, and you yourself shall be beset by others with the same lust and fewer scruples. For too many, anything is permissible to obtain Dat Key.

Probably my favorite full playthrough of SGF's last year would be Code Veronica, it was the only RE game I had never seen any of it played ever, so it was a completely fresh and new experience watching throughout from a familiar game series. Close second was The Council, with just how strange the twists and reveals were.

The Council was a hoot from start to finish, I am SO glad how it ended up. Also enjoyed Alone in the Dark, if that's the last game in the series it's a nice sendoff.

I better check some of these full playthroughs out! I watched your Hotline, Mouthwashing, Silent Hill remake, and Arctic Eggs playthroughs - all good fun! Love your channel (my fave playthrough was the Siren ones!!! Still the best ones and you going through them is a gift!) Happy new year and have a good 2025

@@SashaEtro I'm glad the developer realized that the Gameplay timer was somewhat BS and changed it to make the game easier, while also making it somewhat more unique.

The Council was prob my favorite, it was just so weird and mysterious. The Illbleed replay was a fun blast to the past tho😌 So hype you're gonna play Robot Alchemic Drive, I've been wanting to see how goofy it can get and I know you're the man for the job

As for a best playthrough, I think I've enjoyed Crow County (because of the interesting story, not the respawning monsters so much), and then it'd have to be one of Alone in the Dark or Resident Evil Code Veronica. Have a great 2025 SuperGreatFriend (in spite of the odds)!

What a lovely year. Thanks so much for always posting your content here on KZbin, SGF. I loved the Casting of Frank Stone this year, honestly, watching you play any of the Supermassive games is a real treat. I know you've done a try-out of Chulip already, but every time I watch one of these I cross my fingers that Chulip will return to the docket! It's basically "Moon", and I really loved that playthrough, and I really think it would resonate with your style of content if you gave it a bit more of a shot; but no matter what you play I'll probably enjoy it! Thanks again and I hope your year is genuinely lovely.

My faves were Frog Detective and Code Veronica. Frog Detective was just such a charming good time that brought a smile to my face. I always could use more of that, I don't have much opinion on Code Veronica as a game, but as an overall experience it falls firmly into that so-bad-it's-good camp that I really enjoy. Okay, gotta add Saw2 because it's kinda so terrible-it's-amazing. PS: Oh no, the bakery! That's where I work!

This year had a lot of really good and weird stuff! I enjoyed the channel's jaunt through all the Alone in the Dark franchise, that was a real trip I wasn't expecting to go on or to enjoy quite so thoroughly.

Last year was great, this year is gonna be too. I enjoyed your Shattered Memories playthrough, top notch on the SH stuff as always. Council was absurd so thank you for enduring that, for us. And I enjoy any RE4VR and that includes Remake so thanks for that too.

FUCK YEAH, ROBOT ALCHEMIC DRIVE. I'm so happy. I love that game so much. I hope SGF and other viewers will share my joy at watching big robots stumble around punching aliens and destroying Nanao's workplace(s) while hurling badly-acted one-liners at each other. As for favorite playthroughs from 2024, jeez, there were so many that I enjoyed watching. But if I had to pick a favorite it's probably the Illbleed all-nighter, just cause it was nice to sit around the Twitch chat campfire and reminisce about one of the weirdest and most wonderful games on the Sega Dreamcast.

I just finished watching Home Safety Hotline today and that was my favourite playthrough of yours last year. It definitely made me think you should try out Lobotomy Corporation though I don't believe it's suited to a full run on the channel. Seeing Puzzle Agent continue would be awesome since it's so short. Tryout recommendation: Extermination It's a PS2 action survival horror game (kinda like Covert Ops: Nuclear Dawn, but horror themed) where you're stuck in an arctic base where a viral outbreak occurred. You have to fight huge virus monsters while staving off the infection. And with some silly voice acting thrown in for good measure. I think it's right up your alley.

It was strange how Cluefinders hasn't made a game in so long and then suddenly made a gritty continuation where the Cluefinders were adult vampire hunters who had to avenge the death of uncle Horace. A true out of the blue 180, and the highlight my life for sure.

Once again, while I enjoyed everything I watched from you, I have to say your VR hijinks were my highlight once again. I really enjoyed Arzette, so much so that I picked it up for myself. Also Arctic Eggs was fascinating, very much harkening back to when experimentation was common in game titles. Would you consider trying out The Heilwald Loophole or The Tartarus Key? They both have demos (I forget whether on Itch IO or Steam) and are very interesting “ps1-esque” games.
