Of course there is weed but it’s not heavily used, even the younger generation hasn’t particularly taken to it yet. There is a group of Rastafarians that live In Ethiopia, they are the primary consumers and growers of marijuana. With the modernization in Africa, the economy booming and the strong Chinese influence, I have a feeling this will spread throughout the continent fairly quickly. China is a leader in manufacturing and distributing some of the most lethal drugs in this world. Please by the grace of God, May Africa remain drug free! We have to value our bodies and our lives. Africans are entirely too smart and strong willed to let such a disgusting thing take over their culture. Alcohol and khat is more than enough for any human. No need for this level of demise. This is a very depressing story. To be born and have to battle through life to make ends meet is tough already.
