You weren’t overhyping it :-) Thank you so much for the feature. The fact that you enjoyed it so much (she said), noticed things like little 3D sign (skyskraper), enjoyed riding the flat rides, and looked at the little food stall signs… it means a lot and really made my day. I. Fact it made the whole thing worthwhile. I wanted to make something really different. I was thinking of fallout when making this and I’m chuffed that post apocalyptic is your favourite theme of all It took around five weeks I think. Although quite intensively. And I didn’t know those were priority queues 🤣. Just thought it was a themed path! Reason for the crazy long queue for main ride - yeah don’t need it for game. Just if the ride was on, then can fit a long queue in that compact space hehe.

You sir Alan, are a legend in my eyes, Jonny 5 was not overhyping. He enjoyed every ride, even the flat rides. No mean feat!

I believe yo did just se that path. Johnny forgot you can choose different paths for Priority and that the default path for Pritoity can be used in normal queues
@alanbloom203 жыл бұрын
@@BrottenGuy I never bothered with priority queues before so hadn’t realised that it makes sense for that style to be the priority. Yeah, I just thought it was funky so I’ll use that hehe

Wow. My compliments. Even if post apocalyptic isn’t so much a favourite theme, this is fantastic in all its detail. If it took you just around 5 weeks to create, wow, that must indeed have been an intense project. In the Channel5Gaming community, I have no doubts, you’d make it to master builder or even legend. So keep up the good work! 👍🏻

Keeping the park within the constraints of 40x40 does make a difference Becuase more space becomes overwhelming in terms of scenery requirements and you have to be super prudent what goes where… so much stuff I wanted to do but left out and in hindsight it’s better for it.

This is cool and I agree with you, doing post apocalyptic dystopia future is very tedious to work on but I'm a fan of that grim and dark wasteland look. Part of my current project has a small destruction scene.
@alanbloom203 жыл бұрын
Looking forward to seeing it :-) Placing each object is tedious but on the other hand… destruction doesn’t have rules - you can put anything anywhere as long as it doesn’t have repeating patterns. So in that respect, even without theme maker stuff, you can use any stuff and position randomly. I actually find things like domes or spirals harder as it needs to follow a consistent pattern :-)

As a fan from Singapore, its great to see some references of SG from the food menu to the architecture. One of which is South Beach Hotel.
@alanbloom203 жыл бұрын
Correct :-) I live in Singapore and the inspiration is all around. Stayed in the Pickering hotel and immediately wanted to make it in planco (although a cut down version, obvs)… same for south beach. Food signs are from my local hawkers and I wanted to make the hawker centre as Singaporean as would fit. Really glad Johnny zoomed in on them to show the local food choices.

Holy Cannoli Sir Alan! You definitely have potential of becoming a Legend one day. What a great park showcase!! So many elements that Jonny hit on but as a creator- what I loved were the tiny touches - like going up the lift hill on the coaster underground and seeing the rope connected with the iron rings - meticulous details like that - you really put a lot of TLC into everything you touched and it’s no wonder why Jonny got a lump in his throat viewing it! Keep doing what you’re doing & I look forward to seeing the next submission of yours! ☮️❤️ Blessed🐝 - SmilingGal/Grandma333 😃

Wow, great job allen. I just started planet coaster. And seen alot thru johnny giving me ideas.. the oy bad thing is.. im on the console edition without addons. So.. no change to show of my first ride i made. But i love seeing you guys do this. Allan!! Just wow dude!!
@alanbloom203 жыл бұрын
I think you wouldn’t have access to the theme maker stuff, so no custom music and custom objects. But they aren’t necessary - just bonus. I think the visual complexity of numerous different objects is what elevates scenes. Besides, the console edition probably has better graphics. I’m on a laptop and heat dissipation is the challenge for me - three extra fans sitting on it to keep it from overheating!
@MartinvanDorst3 жыл бұрын
@@alanbloom20 that is treu. But how you made this park. Dude awesome. I only made one huge attraction ride. But that nowhere what you made! To bad i cant show thru xbox

So is there a way you can fill the silence when you get a copyright strike/claim or is it just too much work? I'm new to this and havent posted any but curious when watching your vlogs like this one on the main attraction coaster. Silence is deadly they say, even if it was just a few odd notes to fill the gap. Curious!
@Channel5Gaming3 жыл бұрын
In theory I could put some background music in. However, I was always afraid that people would think that that background music was the Original design and It would be my fault if the experience wasnt' as intended. The blank spots also let the creator know which areas they got copyright claimed on, so they can avoid that publisher in the future.

@coasterkraken60883 жыл бұрын
Keep going man! I try my best too. I find that forcing yourself to do a small park, one ride at a time helps. It makes you add more and more detail to one little part of your park and it makes for a very well done ride or scene piece.
@alanbloom203 жыл бұрын
If you mean post apocalypse or ‘messy’ then it’s just start off with either terrain or a rough object and then place literally any random objects - preferably metal objects to begin with but things that could belong on a street or building - and place randomly. As you keep adding, it’ll start looking really cool just because you have stuff there that adds visual interest. If you mean parks in general, then take a really specific idea from game, movie or real life scene. Something you have a photo or image of. And keep using it for inspiration for parts of the park. Once you get started, it gets easier to keep going.
