8/19/20 EDIT: ew ok so i’m just listening to this after a while and??? why did i eq my vocals like that?? it’s so thin?? yikes??? UPDATE: so it just occurred to me that i forgot to turn off "auto normalize" in garageband before exporting this cover. that's why this version sounds so much quieter and muddier than the original mix. i'm quite upset about that, but i can't reupload the video. at least i know about this now for future covers.
