Agreed, last edition I proposed that every time a Krieg infantry unit fails a moral check it causes 1 mortal wound to the nearest enemy unit. Lore accurate-Kriegsman breaks rank and bayonet charges the closes enemy.

If the Blood Thirster hadn't failed this would have been a rerack the game before Chaos Knights even got a Turn 1, and even then you could tell it was going to take a massive luck disparity for Chaos Knights to come back from the Daemon Turn 1.

Not Op's fault but an annoying layout problem imo, as KZbin always puts the top comment into view to get you to engage. A "hide spoiler"-function would benefit channels such as this I feel.

Don't worry man i know the feeling, I recently just finished the knight pile of shame after getting through my Genestealer Cults army. Knights are so labor and time intensive i always want to make sure i'm in the right frame of mind to start them, especially when im trying conversions haha Enjoyed the battle btw, a lot of fun to watch! @@MubinTalati

I think you can have 2 of each of the large knights in your army. My big knight army i fielded in a 2k game was an abominant, Desecrator, Despoiler and Tyrant. But im pretty sure you can have more than one of the same@@Orihutcherson

@@Orihutcherson Rule of 3 Allows you to take 3 Knights of each type, so you could potentially take 3 Cerastus but you'd be a little short of 2k so you'd have to find other things to fill the points with. I would love to get my hands on a Cerastus for my collection, would be fun to send him teleporting through terrain to charge something

I cringed when I saw Mubin deploying everything on the line, in the open. I've seen it go bad, a few times. Yeah, he went 2nd & ... Mubin rekt before getting a turn, again! 😂 It would be interesting to see a replay of this where he went 1st. It might not have changed the result, but it would have been fun to watch.

Not a fan of Undivided Deamons lists, but it at least fits their theme of big smashy things for this match. Low model games make the lack of a rule to keep models on the board until the end of Round 1 even more apparently a rules weakness, that lets going first determine too much what the person going second can do. Not to mention it always feels stupid when a unit let alone something that is a strong model can charge the opponent's deployment zone on Round 1, though this would be solved by merely keeping models on the board until the end of Round 1, since doing such could be properly punished. The objective cards are the Bane of Your Existence, because Combat Patrols are right that secondaries should be tailored to the factions, not a general pool. Nice of the announcer to try and hype this, but this isn't a sloberknocker, this is a why bother playing after the roll to see who goes first. As this was over before the Chaos Knights even got a turn.

I genuinely feel like if the chaos daemons made their charge round 1 the game would have been over from the start. Likewise if muben got good rolls on his turn 1 it would have been over because the two biggest threats would have been gone. This really was potentially a turn 1 game that both players dodged just based on dice rolls.
