Chaotic Traffic Pattern at KSEZ

I recently flew with friends to Sedona, AZ (KSEZ) for brunch on a beautiful Sunday morning. The flight from the Las Vegas area was uneventful, but the arrival at KSEZ (video below) illustrated the need for clear communications and standard traffic pattern practices at busy non-towered airports.

This is great - I was there that morning. Literally my first flight after getting my PPL. I was listening to that chaos as I approached and thought about turning around. I ended up circling over Verde Valley hoping things would calm down. They did, and I landed with one other guy in the pattern.

One of the things I learned from the video other than flying the airplane and maintaining situational awareness, is your resisting the temptation to referee the traffic pattern over the CTAF

the mechanical turbulence there is a big factor too... add in the DA and youve got a great challenge
