Open letter to All. With the world turning upside down with this Coronavirus 19 and being restricted to home. I came to like 4 different cooking channels on You Tube "If you see it, Your one of them", all offering good home cooking if not 5 star restaurant grade food. I have commented on all the 4 channels. We all like to go eat out, but this has challenge us to go above and beyond to provide a great meal here at home. With this I say a very heart felt "Thank You!"

Nothing like a good tasting Mac and cheese. I usually make it with Cheddar cheese that is in the jar and then grate some tasty cheese on the top and bake it in the oven for about 10 minutes or so so that you get that lovely brown colour on the top that has the added flavour boost. delicious. Great video Jack and it is always good when you pull out you Mothers recipe box and do a video. So good health to you and you family Jack and hope that you get back to a little normalcy.

@bobbypentland57643 жыл бұрын
Must be a hundred different ways to peal and cut onions. I like they way you do it cause it’s the way I do it. It’s never easy to change the way you do onions. The chef ask a cook to peel 50 lbs onion. The cook cut off both ends and would hit the side of the onion with his blade to peel the skin off. He didn’t know the chef wanted them for onion rings and that 50 lbs was now no good cause he cut half way through the onion when he hit the onion with his blade. He learned a new way that day.🤑🥵😩😜 Thanks for sharing this, see you next time.
