For example, I searched for anything regarding overturning the Respect for Marriage Act- since I'm in a same-sex marriage, that's always something I'm keeping an eye on- and all I see is the usual garbage about respecting the family etc. and some talk about the ACF supporting faith-based initiatives, no concrete plan on how the SCOTUS could justify overturning the RfMA/Obergefell (and frankly, I don't see Gorsuch or Roberts having the stomach for it). Same with getting rid of pornography, federally outlawing abortion, eliminating the Department of Education, etc. The whole paper is just a hodgepodge of the usual Republican talking points we've heard for the past 30 years.

I think people are a bit too fatalistic on Hillary Clinton. It wasn’t that she was destined to lose, it’s that she ran a terrible campaign. Any generic Democrat in that position also could have lost, had they run a terrible campaign like she did.
