Not really. Its a funny joke, and I see the idea: rich white kids trying to dress "black" and rap. Then again black American culture itself is largely a mix of southern white and original west African (both for obvious reasons), so everyone is copying somebody. And what is "the black man"? does he mean Kendrick Lamar or Miles Davis or Langston Hughes? I guess hip hop style is copied a lot, sure. Much of current American pop culture (the only kind of culture that is imitated by other countries) is hip-hoppish because black people put so much time and effort into music on average, and the fashion that goes along with it. So if your point is that everybody is copying black culture because its somehow superior or the coolest, then no.

More like black crowds dropped a lot of their artists cause they couldn't handle that whitey liked it. And when the artists noticed that there are bigger white crowds, they played for whoever made them survive as an artist. Black people threw some things away for a while, and when another kid picked it up they scream they want it back just cause the other kid has it. Young black people listen to R&B and Rap (hiphop with the more positive outlook was kinda dropped as well) but they don't look into Jazz & Blues or bring the Funk back. The amazing kind of black artists are in the nursing homes while the young blacks listen to mumbling idiots.
