The unique thing about the Rick James/Prince stories on Chappelle is a lot of people in other cultures and younger generations were laughing but had no idea who Shalamar or RIck James was. They don't understand how big Prince or Eddie Murphy was. It is really a credit to the Chappelle show and Charlie Murphy's story telling skills.
