The Turkey was very moist. The top was darker than I wanted but that was from the rub. I have cooked my Turkeys breast down and that works just a well, though I could not tell any difference in the results.

No,I don't remember why I didn't at the time. Sorry about that. I know we ate it all and it was quite good though :-)

You didn't carve the turkey to show how well (or not) it cooked through. :-/

Never use a sensor? It's in the breast, not the thigh.

My Big Easy doesn't look like that. I think I like yours better.

Turkey looked a little dry from here. Turn to the turkey upside down so the juice bast the breasts. Or whatever.
