I wish I could underatand you but it's a great video! I've been making some charcoal for myself and want to know how to keep the wood from cracking into small pieces. Is it lower consistent heat? Using wet wood?

No you have to have high heat for prolonged period of time consider the amount of wood which you would be converting. And not wet wood. You have to use bigger woods for the charcoal in that way even if the woods outer circle gets into small pieces you would still get a good size inner one i think
