Charges upgraded for suspect in Kips Bay murder investigation

Charges have been upgraded for the man accused of killing a woman and leaving her body in a trash bag on a Kips Bay street. CBS New York's Alecia Reid has more on what he said Wednesday when questioned about the crime.
