@@AnmolSingh-ei8hp it would usually mean that you have a source of really high voltage, and an electrical arc jumps between two terminals. The closest I get to this is when I run a Van der Graff generator (about 150 000 V) and bring my finger nearby. The blue arc of electricity you can see jump across the air is kind of a corona discharge.
