She is 4'10' tall. David Foster is the piano player check out his reaction when she goes and gets it. It says everything. Oh yeah he wrote the song. When she hits those notes I am instantly in tears, and I have watched it 20-30 times same thing. I also cannot speak for minutes, sometimes 30-40, after I here her sing. She, Morissette, and KZ Tandanigan, are my all-time favorite Filipina singers. I round out that list with Daneliya, and Angelina Jordan another young super star on the rise totally different style. I read a comment from a guy that said... she sounded like she's trying to force her G5 notes... I was like that's man you need to listen better you better get you some better speakers or check your hearing. There is nothing about her voice being forced in fact she does it effortlessly. And I always get chills when she lets go she's such an amazing singer and her vocal range and Stage performance bravado. Her tone can change, she has so much control over her voice. Celine Dion did a cover versions of "All by Myself" on her album Falling into You in 1996, which was produced by David Foster ("the piano player" Lol). I have his "Hit Man" blu-rays. They are amazing! (and they include this performance).

Ellen brought Charice to the US, and then when she was on Oprah, David, started managing and producing her. Another amazing performance is singing The Prayer (D. Foster) with the Canadian Tenors.

That "piano player," is David Foster. LOL He's won 16 grammy awards, nominated almost 50 times. He helped turn a lot of singers into mega stars, but I haven't seen him do much after promoting Charice. If you really want to get goosebumps, check out her song, "Note to God." ;-) It was her first song....back in the day when she wasn't so messed up.

Having David Foster (BIG time producer/song writer-like Andrea Bocelli MM) as your promoter certainly helps. She really uses her control. She is 17 and will really hone her singing over the next few years.. It is so clear.
