Considering charity’s past I thought Vanessa would have been more understanding when it came to her momentary hesitation, but it is her son so I can also so why she’s reacting that way :/ I hope they can have another good conversation when they calm down. Thanks for posting these!

Something wrong with emmerdale when writer s knowing michelle in real life pregnant 3 month and october get birt and before oct vanessa must be finish her scene . I am not watching emmerdale again , i can not cope the painfull to see vanessa dies 😭😭😭😭

I feel so sorry for Charity. She is trying so incredibly hard to be there for Vanessa and Vanessa just doesn't care. It's like she is taking her anger out on her and has no love for her anymore. In her eyes Charity cannot do anything right either it's too much or not enough. The split is coming unfortunately. Both Michelle and Emma who plays these 2 characters are 100% brilliant.

I usually support the writers but have to say they are destroying what is a very good couple. Argument after argument. Vanessa has overreacted again, Charity never said no. Not sure what direction they are taking these two. The portrayal of the cancer is good but no need to destroy the couple in the process. Vanessa will need to be written out but that will not be until October so still some way to go. I do hope they stay together when they write her out they easily can as it’s only temporary.

Chemo can have a massive effect on someone personally and Mental health. One of the sides effect's of Chemo is mood swings and a person personally can change in a seconds. I think Vanessa needs to get professional help because she is clearly heading for a nervous breakdown after all she has been through in the last few months

Charity's reaction was spot-on and Vanessa's reaction to that was ridiculous. I now know that Vanessa has to be written out but do we have to watch her smash Charity to pieces on her way? It's going to be torture. How can Vanessa possibly disappear for a year or so and then come back?

Yes i am afraid this is sign not good for vanessa and charity for emmerdale ... when michelle is get birth and not come back after maternity leave the viewers so heart breaking 😢😢😢😢 show is over and charity alone for many years????

I thought that Vanessa was going to apologize to Charity not a half ass one and then throw another tantrum for not immediately being excited about taking care of her kid after she dies. I guess that we are going to expect a vanity split since the actress is going on maternity leave. 😒

Omg what are the writers doing - they've turned Vanessa into a moaning nightmare who needs a slap to bring her back to her senses - poor old Charity can't do right for doing wrong, she was shocked when Vanessa asked her to be Johnny's guardian but she still flipped out at Charity - yes I know they have to write her out of the show but lets not totally change Vanessa's character in the process - really not liking how this is panning out at the moment !!

Vsnessa is being unreasonable, again! She did not even discuss such a huge decision and move with Charity and expects when she drops that bomb that Charity just blush and say, thank you, darling. Charity has every single right and then some to hesitate, take a day, a week, or however long she needs to wrap her head around what Vanessa just said. Vanessa is making Charity feel as tho she ought not to have feelings or react to anything she says or does and it's completely unfair. Cancer or no cancer it's not how you treat someone you supposedly love.

I'm so disappointed with ED right now, their ruining Vanity; this is not the Vanessa we know..cancer or not, she needs to stop hurting Charity. Charity is bending over backwards for Vanessa and all shes getting is a slap in the face. I'm sick to death of this fighting, enough is enough.. Too think I've invested my heart & soul for 2 & half years on Vanity just to end here; the dynamic of this relationship is becoming monotonous and it's never gonna get better because the writers rather keep them arguing than let them talk & resolve their issues.. needless to say; I'm fed up.

It's a soap. Other couples have been through a lot worse than this, if you can't handle angst then this probably isn't for you. It's never gonna be all happiness and rainbows and long stories will always have tons of angst. You're free to stop watching, the writers aren't writing for me or for you, they're writing for Vanity, they'll take them through hell and they'll get them to beat this together in the end. The one thing asked of us is patience. The only worry comes from Michelle's maternity leave but that's another story.

Totally agree Sam. I had no idea til I read the comments this week that Michelle is pregnant! How on earth are they going to write Vanessa out in such a way that she can come back and let Vanity reform? And I can't bear the thought of what this is going to do to Charity.

@@mrsthefrend the writers arent going to be writing for anyone, everyone is fed up.. I can handle angst as much as the next person; but ED has failed to strike the right balance, because it's about 95 % Hell & 5 % happiness..& furthermore they should be writing for their fans, who the hell keeps them on the air & allows them to get paid ? We suckers do, that's who.
