I agree. For instance, I'm not surprised Xochitl got the same score, despite her dance not looking nearly as clean, precise or interesting (in my opinion). And Carrie Anne even commented on noticing points where she'd seemed to lose focus...but she and Mandy still gave her a 10? (when they both gave Charity a 9 for her dance that was perfect besides wanting "something more" lol. And they both also gave Harry an 8 for his routine)? I dunno, weird. But I feel like Carrie Ann hass been generally more consistent and reliable in her judging than the guy judges have been (at least for the first half of this season), so I can give her a pass this once. Mandy...meh.

@cwayzums11 ай бұрын
See, a lot of comments on here are saying that Carrie Ann is way too harsh and the judges are biased with their 10's. Charity needs to push it even more at this point in the competition! She's dancing without emotion, overthinking and trying not to forget the choreography that she forgets execution, placement and gliding on the floor. For the judges, it's the details that REALLY counts! If Charity was going to remember anything, choreo should have been second nature by now and the details in her arms and legs should have been to be remembered. She's not using her long legs to her advantage. Judges like to see celebrities extended their moves especially in the rhumba. They're looking for fluidity and she gives them rigidity. If I was Charity or anyone else, I would watch KZbin videos of pros doing their thing on the dance floor because what we see is different to how it moves. She needs to learn to cover the floor with bigger moves.
@getcreativeordie401011 ай бұрын
@@cwayzums The judges have never commented on her forgetting execution, placement or gliding. She's just focused and, as @gwendolyn mentioned, you can tell she's focused and, I can even agree, can be rigid. But this dance...all the comments were about needing "something more" and needing "bite"...like, what the hell? In contrast, Carrie Ann mentioned to Xochitl that she'd noticed her losing focus during the dance but, then, still gave her a 10. So...obviously, the judges are okay with giving 10's to dances that they, themselves, deem as less than perfect. Just seems to depend on the person.

~ Great job Charity & Artem... I sad that Charity is judged more harshly that many others... I'm extremely disappointed with host, Julianne... I don't know what her problem with Charity Lawson is...On Taylor Swift night, her question to Charity was, "Are you ready to go home? It was rude & disrespectful... She also asked Charity for the 2nd time this season, "Who is your biggest competition? Why does this woman continue to do this? Earlier in the season, Charity's response to that question was that she is her biggest competition; trying to get better each week...Julienne had the audacity to ask Charity that same question again, this week... Charity gracefully answered exactly as she did when the question was 1st asked of Charity, by Julienne earlier in the season...Julienne is not asking anyone else these rude questions...She is deliberately showing her true colors & should not be hosting DWTS.
