Fun fact: Oliver Platt is the actor for Dr. Charles and his mom was a clinical social worker. He does not just act this. He may not be truly trained, but he knows so much from exposure. The casting director made a truly smart choice in selecting him on so many fronts

He is a great therapist. Setting good boundaries yet letting her trust him and really caring for her even though it wasn't easy for her to do that without breaking them. I smiled when Ramona agreed to go to the place and when Dr. Charles personally brought her to check into that safe space :-) I found myself smiling from the heart at the screen

Daniel is amazing honestly, driving someone away from suicide is like driving someone to common sense. I just want the writers to know that writing Daniel or killing him off will not only piss some fellas here but also not make em watch med again

Dr Charles saves the day again. I love him. Except usually when a person that wants to end there life and hesitates like she did, their having second thoughts. She wouldn’t have talked or listened and just jumped. She wanted help but was afraid to ask for it and Dr Charles gave her his whole heart and love and compassion. I’ve been in this actresses shows. When you don’t ask for help, cause literally no one cares or is even listening and then maybe, that one person happens to come along and be there for you.
