Bro, it's even been documented, Nips people have even said that when he was deep in the streets they called him "Thundkat", not Nipsey. Nip himself said he changed his name to Nipsey Hussle when he got for real about his music and his career & chose to leave the streets behind. CW even said in this interview he had never heard of Nip before he died. That means, he never listened to his music, saw his interviews or ever even knew what dude was about, but that "character" shyt seemed like a good lane to make low intelligence people listen to you & back you. Dude just should have done his homework first, before trying to get a rise out of everyone by disrespecting a man who is no longer here is all I'm saying.

Ex convicts who say they turned themselves around. They come up with these so-called organizations making almost 100,000 dollars a year and do absolutely nothing with troubled youths with the government (the people's) money. They go on lavish trips and buy expensive clothes and the poor youth get a basketball in their hand, a Tshirt, and maybe food, nothing of importance.

So to their is always a perception that if u dress a certain way or even if wear ur hat a certain way tho that may just be how u like to style it, the idea comes to mind that he’s a thug or he’s not up to any good. even when u have no ties to criminal life that narrative is still in the mind of others about the vast majority of our people. @62whoshotya

@@djgarrett1625 I’m willing to bet that you have not a clue about Nipsey! That character analogy was bullshit cuz Nip is Nip whether or not in street name or real name he had good intentions for the hood and youth. Gangsta rap is his genre so what do you expect his music to sound like? If you really knew Nip tho you would know he was definitely not glorifying gang banging. Gangs are made in America, go back and see what America was like living as an African American in those times in those areas there’s plenty of documentaries on it. He did a lot of things as far as giving back to the community and was doing as Nipsey Hussle so again that analogy about characters was irrelevant. CW has a reckless mouth piece and he won’t get far, meanwhile Nipsey did things before he died that set a legacy for him.

Gang ties and promoting violence, guns, and drugs with their music… It’s easy to have good intentions when you’re filthy rich… But what are your intentions when you’re broke? @@thenigerroom9158 Tl;dr version: We're both right. Its actually both due to tone and context. As a stand alone statement its definitely a common principle that many people (including myself) stand on when it comes to beliefs in principles. With the context of (and history related to) this conversation, and the tone in which he said it, I took it as a veiled threat. What he said without saying it directly is "Whatever yall on, I'm on so what's up?" No problem with that by itself and I respect that energy. Thing is, up to that point and imo, they hadnt said anything that invited that energy. I think it just carried over from all the shit leading up to this conversation. CW has been going back and forth with other people where that was the energy so he brought it into this space and he got met with the same.

I been hollerin that. The man tryin like hell to change flaws within the culture that have lead to so much death and suffering within the community. His message gaining traction and is picking up speed now of mostly support. There are still some hold outs and haters but mostly what I'm seeing is positive on the back of his message. I believe that if it continues to garner support the black community will see a huge turn around and positive changes that will ultimately lead great improvement in race relations across the board. I happen to believe that a strong black community is great for the entire country and obviously themselves. Going forward as we begin to see these changes take place, it'll be more than just knowing something, it will be something we know we did that took dicipline and then we can be proud of ourselves in doing something that's bigger than us. We will truly accomplish the real American dream imo, which is unifying the country as one people that has been terribly divided for so very long. It's going to be something truly awesome to having been able not only to bare witness too...but being the people that made it all possible. I'm a white man, and a believe in all of it from the bottom of my heart and soul. I love our country and all of the American citizens that have built it and believe in coming together as one people regardless of our skin color, religious beliefs, sex, ECT. All of it is totally possible if we just believe in ourselves and can put the petty differences aside that have given birth to all the division that have kept us divided for far to much time. All we have are words, weak and feeble instruments used to either create something truly great or used to destroy it all. We've been given a great opportunity here in precisely the perfect time in history to being about historical change to mankind.

I am from Washington DC, and we have experienced a lot of killings and violence in our city. I recently just came upon Mr. Charleston White, and I have tuned in as many others just to see his point of views about many topics, So far I have bought into a lot of his explanations. You don't have to be school educated to comprehend most of his expressions. We have witnessed most of what he is saying in our own neighborhoods and communities. One point that he makes is that many of the Southern Blacks, have a different mindset concerning other blacks in their communities. What I have observed from most of the debates and conversations is that OG's dont want to give up their images and reputations especially when confronted face to face about the violence they have caused. See its totally different when you are a gang that is protecting the community, the elderly, mothers, children, sons and daughters. But, it all a different animal when you are injecting fear and control over people who are suffering because of their plight and circumstances. Its a different kind of animal that decides to kill off their future seeds because of greed, reputation, and respect. Another point I have witnessed and observed is old habits die hard, nothing new or informative is able to penetrate this kind of stubbornness. My philosophy is "If you know better you will do better". Keep doing what you are doing Mr. White, because no man or woman can kill a spirit ordained and sent by God.

A gangsters mentality is a mental disorder. Period. It represents Co Dependency, abnormal behavior and ultimately homicidal/suicidal tendencies. It is a disease centered in the mind. It tells you how to dress walk talk and perform everyday tasks. It's hypnotic in its approach and leads to ultimate failure for.most who catch the vapor. There is one way out of this illness. The Fellowship of G.A. Work the 12 Steps and we guarantee you will avoid all pitfalls from the mental virus. One way to notice if a man or woman is still suffering from Codependency is he guards a ritual based on evil. That Ole saying If you lie you will steal if you steal you will kill. Same here. If you guard that evil you will steal for that evil you will ultimately kill or be killed for that evil. RESPECT GOES LONG WAYS AND IT RUNS ACROSS EVERY BOARD! Melvin sat there and let Charleston speak and never interrupted even during things he disagreed with disliked and even during times he said things against his belief. Wheather it’s a valid point or not to anyone’s opinion, there’s NO UNDERSTANDING towards every side without each side givin the fair and uninterrupted opportunity to speak! When Melvin was givin his opportunity to speak, soon as Charleston felt a way his action showed that he’s bigger then those other men in the room by not just interrupting Melvin but more then that gets up and walks out the room on a meeting that involved 2 other individuals (4 total). We got to have more of a level head, especially if it’s what one says is something bigger then one’s self that the one is doing. It has to be understood that within the degrees of these type of meeting/ discussions, especially considering the person(s) that may be there, that there can and will be words and times where you will disagree with the next person but interrupting and walking out isn’t a way to help resolve anything! Having a level head as much as its needed is a very strong and delicate quality one must be able to possess when doing something that’s bigger then themselves. RESPECT THE NEXT PERSON THE SAME WAY YOU WOULD WANT IT! Love and Respect 🙏🏽

@@thekingsson1757 I hear everything that Charleston says. I agree with most of it. The thing is that he can't be saying eff this and eff that to people who lost loved ones to it. Even if he feels bad about some of the things he had to do while in service, you can't tell a retired Navy Seal eff the Navy Seals. He'll beat the dog shit out of you or kill you. Because he was apart of a fraternity. A brotherhood where people lost lives regardless of the circumstances. Charleston has a lot of common sense and can be more persuasive if he doesn't get disrespectful. Gangbangin is LA culture. You can't come from the outside and preach if you haven't lived it. They not trying to hear you. I get you my brother, the killing needs to stop. It's genocide but Charleston's approach isn't working.

Conversation is an Art. It takes a certain level of maturity as a man to converse with another and disagree but still show the respect of not interrupting and allowing each other to speak. CW has soo much wisdom and knowledge, me being 24, I’ve learned a lot from him but he’s goes about conversation the wrong way. He ends up alienating people in the end. I get what the character he speaks about was for but now that he has the platform, let the character go and get the true message out to the people without the foolery.
