Egypts's blockade of Gaza is very effective unless you're a 🚀 of course. It's overwhelmingly obvious that even though Egypt is the first Muslim Country to make peace with Israel, it let's Iran and others smuggle these weapons under their border with Gaza because where else can they come in from ? Speaking of rocket's, it dosen't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. If you know how these weapons and rocket's get into to Gaza since 2006 aside from the tunnels between Egypt and Gaza, please explain. Aside from the Aid trucks, Unwra and the UN, This is my 3 rd attempt at writting this message which keeps disappearing but I still get notified when someone comments on the thread despite not having a single visible comment on it. Bottom line is that shutting off the water and electricity (which, to begin with, Hamas or whoever is in charge of the Gaza Strip should have developed independently since Israel left) is another pressure put on Hamas to surrender and release the hostages. That is, of course, if Hamas really cares about them. The pressure and complaint should be directed at Hamas & Hamas only, either way you’re looking at it

Equally, how does an IDF soldier tell the difference when Hamas (contrary to international law) does not wear uniforms so they can hide behind women and children more easily? Why does no one point out the use of child-soldiers by Hamas which absolutely IS a war crime? The PALS could care less about their children. They encourage them to self-harm and "martyrdom" just to kill a few Jews. If that isn't horrific abuse of children, I don't know what st. In a hostage situation the authorities usually turn off power and water. To create a bargaining chip and to disrupt the kidnappers. They also make it clear to the kidnappers that the welfare of the hostages is their problem. Recommend watching the 1941 movie Sahara with Bogart. Water is a weapon.

Only in this case there's no pipes for the water to go through because Hamas has taken all the pipes and built missiles out of them. Kirk needs even more lessons on what's going on: 1) Israel is the reason that Gaza's population has grown so quickly by PROVIDING WATER even to their sworn enemies for 17 years under Hamas' rule, 2) In what other war do people say that a country fighting for its very existence like Israel shouldn't over-react? Israel But Israel NEVER over-reacts. If anything, they under-react. They've been incredibly patient hoping the Palestinians give up their tribalism, extreme violence, antisemitism, and calls to annihilate Jews and Israel. They gave Gaza its independence in 2005, which is the first time in history that Gaza has been an independent entity. But the Gazans voted for the terror group Hamas. Instead of creating a wonderful country, which every Israeli would have been thrilled to help them with, they declared war, not only on Israel, but on all the Jews in the world. For these past 17years, Israel has been treating Gazans in Israeli hospitals, been sending in free water and electricity, and employing thousands of Gazans a day within Israel for good wages, 3) Despite Israel having been attacked by Palestinians and by a coalition of Arab militaries in at least 3 major wars of declared genocide, Israel has NEVER asked for American soldiers to fight for them, 4) There is a propaganda war about Israel as THE genocidal nation, which is a complete reversal of reality and a trope meant to erase the reality of the Middle East which has a vicious Nazi-esque hatred for Jews. The charge is meant to erase the reality of the Holocaust against millions of Jews over 10 years, during which the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem was good friends with Hitler urging him on to murder Jews faster, 5) Gaza shares a border with Egypt which refuses to allow Gazans in temporarily and has a very strong wall put in place against Gazans entering, 6) It's a near miracle that so FEW people have been killed in Gaza. Hamas now says that 24,000 people have been killed. But the media and politicians have been repeating Hamas' made-up number of 34,000. If you subtract the 15,000 terrorists Israel has killed, that leaves 9 thousand dead. Very unfortunate, but that's remarkably low for any war and especially for fighting in such a densely-populated urban war zone. Compare that with Saudi Arabia's war on Yemen with 400,000 dead, including many women and children; or Sudan's war by Islamists who have murdered 400,000 Black Sudanese; Nigeria, 3 MILLION killed; Syria, 600,000 killed,; China's war against Tibet, 1.2 MILLION Tibetans murdered, etc. But these students are either ignorant of all this information or are malicious little snots who, instead of teaching, should be humble enough to actually learn some basic information before participating in the greatest surge of antisemitism in the history of the world, which, unfortunately, is happening now.

There are black Jews from Ethopia, Mizrahi Jews, and Jews from all over the Middle East. The Arab nations expelled 950,000 Jews during the early years of the State of Israel. The Arabs stole their homes, property and goods that they had held for centuries. Those Middle Eastern Jews made their way to Israel where they helped to build a vibrant, successful nation. Ashkenazi Jews (from Europe) constitute 30% or less of Israel's population. Regardless, Jews have been in that region as the indigenous people for 3600 years. The Arabs have NEVER ruled that piece of land as an Arab country - ever. NO land was "stolen" by the Jews. It was partitioned by the UN with fairly equal populations in both states - of Jews and Arabs. The Jews drew up infrastructure plans for the Arab villages in their part of the partition, schools, water, in preparation for the British Mandate ending. The "Palestinians" didn't even have a national identity as such until 1964 when Yasser Arafat said: "The Palestinian people have no national identity. I, Yasser Arafat, man of destiny, will give them that identity through conflict with Israel." Before that time, they were just "Arabs"...

First of all the West Bank is 2100 Sqa Miles ( If u take London,Eng,UK one of the largest Cities in the World It's 607 Sqa Miles) And Gaza is 141 Sqa Miles,with 25 Miles of Med Coast line ( Twice the size of Washington D.C) So these are not tiny spaces where the population is crammed in like no where else in the World! And if the Billions $$$ of financial Aid they've been receiving for decades was used appropriately they could have a Desalination Plant,Effective Energy Grid,Solar energy and Decent Sewars! This kid should study war. During the American civil war the North starved the South. General Sherman’s famous march to the sea was a scorched earth campaign. We literally did it to ourselves. There is a 2011 Denver Post article you can google; Starving the South: How the North Won the Civil War” by Andrew F. Smith. As Kirk says, war is brutal. You can’t cherry pick things you don’t like when none of it is good.

Initially it wasn't the Israelis who moved the arab population out. The surrounding arab states exhorted the arabs to move out of Israel to give them room to come in to kill all the jews. They promised they could return to a judenrein land and take over the whole lot afterwards. They never expected to lose that war; but lose they did. The winning Israelis shut the border and the displaced arabs were left in a no-mans-land because the losing arab states didn't want them either. Those arabs, who chose not to follow the call to vacate their homes, and their descendants, live as full Israeli citizens in a totally free country (contrary to popular propaganda, there is absolutely no apartheid in Israel). They vote, live everyhere, enjoy equal opportunty and access to education, employment, etc, and have one advantage over their jewish brethren; they get to choose whether or not to serve in the Israeli army.
