There's nothing wrong with not wanting to live in a dorm with a majority of people if another race if those two races have a vastly different culture. It's not what it used to be though. In the 90s it was simply recognizing and celebrating their history. I lived in a very mixed community and grew up with black families, Mexican families, Vietnamese families, they were all just about traditions and preserving history. It's become a self victimization movement. Thankfully it's starting to be rejected more and more and people are going back to just celebrating who they are not self victimizing because of who they are.

It breaks my heart that growing up in the 90s and early 2000s, I thought we'd just continue to improve. Ii thought by this year, we'd be long past racism. I never, never in a million years, imagined that it would be our youngest who brought it roaring back in the 2020s. They openly support terrorists who attacked our country and killed thousands when we'd had peace for years. Yes, it's the same people. This country, this idea, This people who have worked so hard to correct past wrongs and treat everyone equally.....and the ones who hate it the most are the young Americans who reap the benefits of all that work, struggle and bloodshed. Rather than continue to improve, they wish to tear it down and infect every facet of life with hate and vengeance.

Leftists know about this and have been behind the propaganda and efforts to brainwash, from birth, the minority groups in our country to be victims and cry racism at every turn. The more divided and angry they can make minority communities around our country, the more control they have over them. It is a highly calculated and insidious strategy they have been employing for decades. Malcolm X, back in the sixties, even before the signing of the civil rights act, could see it happening. That's why he had such harsh things to say about the white liberal.

It's not the youngest peoples fault. It's their parents' and teachers' fault. Parents have allowed this culture to take hold by not being present and truly understanding what the kids are being taught in school and on social media. This woke culture was created in universities and colleges where all teachers are required to graduate (be indoctrinated) from. They just did exactly what they were trained to do and indoctrinated the youth. Parents who are required to both work full-time jobs to make ends meet are not present in the child's life enough to know what they are being taught and how badly they are being indoctrinated. There is no accountability either at all levels, so the problem just keeps getting kicked down the road. It also doesn't help when the parents or one of the parents also went through the same indoctrination process at college or university. Thankfully, it seems many people are finally waking up to this, and change is beginning to happen. I just pray it's not too late for the Western world or at least not the US!

"Lived experience" is one of the leading catch-phrases from the LEFT thse days meant to silence dissent from conservatives. You are using an exception to prove the rule. You said ONE white guy did this. That doesn't prove anything about the racial compatibility situation in Alabama in 2024 overall. Charlie Kirk never said that racism doesn't exist in 2024. He said it is wildly overstated these days, which it is. Your example only proves that you are going to encounter a nut here or there with an agenda.
