This is by far the best Battle that I have ever heard or watched. EITHER one of them could have gone through to the Semi Finals. I feel so sorry for Robbie and hope that he does well in his career. I will say that I have watched this battle more than a 100 times.

I would have chosen Robbie. His voice has a sweetness and is unlike many other voices out there. Charlie is great too but there are many others like him.

maaan wtf, i was at a loss when robbie wasnt picked. Honestly. Charlie is a ridiculous singer, genuinely good. But that isn't what makes you a successful artist, music is extremely competitive, and a LOT of people have great tone, range, connection, etc. The best way I can put it is like this. When you close your eyes and listen to the voices objectively, does this thought pop into your head immediately "oh yeah i know who this is". Not to downplay anyone's effort because I'm sure they both worked their asses off. But Robbie's voice is something that you can single out almost anywhere. Dude's a serious talent that has so much potential its ridiculous. Sometimes I wish they wouldn't cater towards the competition but towards who has the most potential.
