There's just something about your videos that we can't seem to get enough of, Daniel mate. It seems a large amount of your viewers aren't in the trades, I'm not, I work at a Selco so we sell all the materials, but realistically I've got little to no interest what those materials do once they leave the shop. I've sold plenty of bricks but never once have I built a wall. There's just something fascinating about your content and it seems so easy to binge watch through it. So glad I found your channel a couple of months back, I've even watched a couple whilst it's been quiet at work recently with the excuse that "it's work related" or "he's shopped here a couple of times" and my manager has turned a blind eye so thanks for that! @@thisisashville TO HELP EMPTY THE TRAINS AMD REDUCE TIME WHY NOT GET A HOPPER AMD A CONVEYOR BELT . That way u can just use lieber to fill hopper and the belt can move the product to the pile . Easy to move belt to spread the gravel/sand etc . Will save operating time due to less rotations and also fuel . Can get lots of diffrent belts .. well worth looking into … have u looked into using suction to empty them like they use at ports to empty grain ships etc ??

Love the vids! Thinking out loud here, but have you thought about using hoppers with bottom discharge doors and building a pit, instead of solid box wagons, that way you could unload onto a conveyor and stack it into the right piles. Wouldn't need the LH60 then (or maybe something smaller). Power stations use(d) this form of discharge for limestone and coal it works well and is safe and GBRf's locos have slow speed control fitted to allow tipping.

Hi Ashville, with regards to the LH60 reaching the secondary line. You could provide some sort of platform for the LH60 so that the ground level be closer to the height of the primary line wagons. The problem with using the rock piles as the platform is the banking nature of the piles that forces the LH60 to be farther from the primary wagon. So you need to make the LH60 as close to the primary wagons (keeping in mind the swinging profile) and elevate it such that the groundlevel for the tracks is closest to the top of the primary wagon to get maximum reach of the LH60...

Just a heads-up with the tanking system. Try the Ardex WPC system, it's much easier to work with and many of the top wetroom installers will only use it!
