another hint for the power poles that you probably already know is that you can find the location of a middling pole, place a dirt road, drag the power line (it will now be twice as long between poles), place the line, and then remove the dirt road.

You said one of your big expenses with rubles are buying vehicles, and since third world immigrants are pretty cheap maybe you could buy western vehicles whenever possible just to save that extra money?

Remember vehicles don't just magically appear in places with Realistic mode. I need an actual road to a border connection to buy them from. We are... significant distance.... from having one with Western nations.

Finally found it, the children of ppl who commit a crime need an Orphanage to go to as their parent/parents a re in prison, also if you do not have it then the children become criminals

The children leave when their parents aren’t available. They don’t just magically grow up immediately and are criminals. - You don’t need an orphanage to deal with it. They’ll just be replaced.
