I'm so sorry for your loss, Charlie. It was never easy to lose someone. When I was around 8 years old, I lost my best friend when she drowned from the flood that wrecked our streets that time. She wasn't able to hold on to her father's hand when the current took her away. The next morning, she was found with her arms wrapped around a lamp post. Rescuers thought she was a doll. When she was alive, she did looked like a doll. She was beautiful with an angelic voice. I always thought she's too good to be true. She was too nice too and a very kind but shy person. She helped me through a difficult childhood and had always been my protector, as she was taller than me. But I was never the same after her death. She drowned the night of my birthday. Rest in peace, Jasmin. I still missed you so much. And to your friend, Rest in Peace, Rocky. May God provide comfort and strength to your loved ones and friends. Fly high, Charlie's dear friend.
