Welcome to Mori's world!! You will never get tired watching her sing. I had an opportunity of watching her concert here in Vancouver, Canada organize by her fans. And I will tell you, all through out the concert i got goosebumps and jaw dropping reaction. Plus, she is indeed beautiful, pretty and sweet in person. She can not just belt out high notes, nailed the low notes or whistles but she can rap, too. I think she can do all the genre and can sing better than the original effortlessly. @@dsaint5310 I know Mori's not Greek. I'm very much aware that she's a Filipina, and a gorgeous one! I just used the "Siren" reference because it's most familiar to the western world. This particular myth is not exclusive to Greece. The Philippines' version were originally called "Magindara", beautiful mermaids who also lured in seafarers with their mesmerizing singing, much like the Greek sirens. With the arrival of the Spaniards, the hispanic term "Sirena" was adopted. Whatever superlative we use to describe Mori, to me she's such a beautiful, alluring, and amazing singer!

I still have to listen to this version with a dry eye... it's just insane. As a musician myself i have heard ALOT of good and great singers and vocalists, but Morissette Amon is in her own league. She even have a wider register than Mariah Carey during her prime. Morissette Amon's vocal range at the age of 20 was 5.7 Octaves, just think about that for a second! Another fun fact to this performance is that she is sitting down performing it and was also sick with a cold at the time. Amazing reaction m8, you reacted just as i did when i first heard her, And i have yet to find a singer that has a better voice than her.
