kinkysweat some of her paletttes work on dark skin in the most unintentional way- warm shimmery tones that can’t define or shape the high, but are excellent as highlighters.

You look fabulous, Alicia! The Stoned Rose palette is definitely your colors! I started looking more closely at the holiday look in a palette when Charlotte introduced the stoned rose version, and I really think that would look better with the mauve tones! There are just so many different makeup releases, it makes it so confusing!

Hi Alicia, thank you for the helpful swatches and comparisons! This palette looks gorgeous on you! I have Glowing Beauty and feel Stoned Rose is different enough to justify it as well. CT eyeshadows flatter my (aging) eyes line no other. I do wish she would use a different shade of highlighter and bronzer so they aren't as similar one palette to another. The original Filmstar Bronze and Glow was sold to me as a contour and highlighter palette, and had a grey tone that looked terrible when applied. I've been pleased with these palettes overall.

Honeydread omg definitely an addiction! I buy so much from CT knowing that most likely all shades are similar or repeats but I feel like I have to buy it. Since we’re about the same range skin tone, and you twisted my arm and made me get my first ever CT holiday face pallet 🤣 and I love it. That’s my go-to pallet when I’m in a hurry.... but I feel the new face pallet is very similar to the holiday one. So skipping the rose face pallet 😊 I’m still waiting on restock from mother Pat 😔

I just realized that my dog does this little full body tremble every time you say "Eeeetalleeee". Since she never leaves my side she is invariably stretched out on her back along my thigh when I'm watching videos. You know I love CT but my complaint will ALWAYS be the same. I need some darker skinned honeys on her creative team. The quality is always there but you can't keep creating the same thing if you don't want me to think you have a specific market in mind; one that doesn't include me. But I swear I love her stuff.... i love many CT cream eyeshadows lip pencils and the bond girl lipstick is THE best shade ever made in a lipstick bullet....i really wish she would do deep face pallets because anyone darker than you cant use any of them....its beyond ridiculous

I love CT but this brand seems to be getting away with releasing products that are mainly aimed and lighter skin tones,becoming a little disillusioned with the brand unfortunately,the majority of these products are fantastic I can just about get away with the colour schemes but if I were any darker...no chance,she also needs to stop creating same sort of products getting a little but boring 😘
