Charlotte Softball and Florida State Softball played on opening day of the College Softball 2024 Season.

The best part of my work as a KZbinr is being able to provide coverage of sports that may not receive as much attention as they should to the large audience I have built over the years. Many of the sports I cover aren't posted by any other KZbinrs, which makes this channel that much more important.
One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I've adopted two different styles, one with logos on the left and a game snapshot on the right, and the other with the logos in the middle and game snapshots representing both teams on either side.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

FSU did good here and the team lost many big players. Wilson is no good as pitcher for FSU. Reed and Royalty are better. FSU should be strong this year even with missing many players. FSU was in WS final last year and No One was gonna beat the Sooners that year. FSU got to the end. Beat all the others. I wish FSU all the best this year.

Florida St. softball took a loss better than the football team.

Lots of fractures seen in this team despite having large returning players! Key players missing and new ones in place and just are not quite use to speed of college softball . No reason to be hitting batter at this Level of play , clearly lost focus in game time situation !

@@GoatedAtNFS I am pretty sure it started this season. It’s because some pitchers have a pre-pitch routine that takes forever, so it’s making the game move a bit faster.

Actually it was implemented last year and worked well for those pitchers that like to strut around the mound to psyche out the batter with routine instead of getting ready as batter is in the box. Much needed .
