Over the last year I’ve had both hips replaced and my knee is next (Nov 19)- to lose weight since was mobility limited I used the premier powder and water (or a little water and ice) vs premade - easy to transport in shaker and add water later for to go - less calories and cheaper…TFM (motivating) - and move as much as can daily!! I’m on wegovy , only week 3 but will switch to zepbound in January, trying to get better with logging my foods on my fitness pal. Some days I’m less hungry than others. Yesterday I had 1000 calories leftover for the day so I had naan , cucumber and some of my kids Halloween candy lol! I need to definitely get better about my protein!

You have not commented on Junes Journey that you had on video in past. Are you still doing it? Have you researched the data from long term head injury from tackle football? I just ordered the motiv8 burn I’m hoping it will help me lose more weight I’m on semaglutide and I’ve been not doing so well lately I’ve been not so strict and it shows in my weight lose I also works nights 7p.7a so my life style is all over the place some nights I’m home and I sleep at night and then the other days I sleep during the day and only get around 4-5 hours sleep so that affects my weight loss too

You don't get a half-hour lunch to sit down and enjoy your lunch? You must not have a teacher's union. Our teachers have aides and don't even have to be on the playground all day. I couldn't even eat 2000 cal a day. I would gain weight so fast.
