Is that taverna beside the kitchen/dining/living room so you could put a doorway through? If you could do that, you could make it your living room. Do those boilers heat water for the radiators and taps? Are they an insta hot so you have infinite hot water? Ciao!

The taverna was too high to put a doorway through. Wrong elevation. Yes the little heaters are fast and drive everything.

Amen! Was talking to some other friends that have moved here from Canada in the United States at dinner the other day. Everyone agreed that with between €2000-€3000 a month you can live quite extravagantly here, assuming that your home is already paid off here. Even then you can rent something nice for four to €800 a month. We pay €700 a month for a three bedroom farmhouse near the best wine town in the world… Montepulciano! 🥳🤓
