CHARTING FOR NURSES I How to stay on top of charting during your shift!

I am a new grad still in orientation. So, maybe I'm jumping the gun but I think it's important to start on a productive note (while giving myself grace) so that I can perfect it over time. But I'm experiencing ALL the things! I feel like I'm chasing the MAR to get meds out and never really find myself freeing up to get into the charts, to review or actually chart 🤦🏾‍♀️

Our primary job is to pass meds, but in between the med passes take time to chart. You got this:)
