Kolsay Lakes National Park is located on the north slope of the Tian Shan Mountains, southeast Kazakhstan. Often referred to as "Pearls of Tien Shan", the park's main feature are the Kolsay Lakes located between the Raiymbek District and Talgar District of Almaty Region. The scenic Lake Kaindy is also within the park.
Charyn National Park officially, Charyn Canyon National Nature Park is a national park in Kazakhstan, stretching along the Charyn River, including Charyn Canyon.
Here’s all the information you’ll need to travel from Delhi to Almaty.

You can use any visa card, be it debit or credit card.However you need to check how much your bank will charge for forex conversion charges or is there any other charges your bank will deduct while you use your indian card outside india. Apply for credit card which which have zero mark fees, or i will suggest you to apply for Niyo Global credit card as it has zero mark up fees and it only charges Rs 299 incase you withdraw cash from Atm.

We faced a lot of problems while booking this tour as they only accept cash or kaspi pay, which you need to pay prior at booking time. So we took help from some Indian students who we met there for transferring the payment to the travel company via kaspi pay. So I will suggest you to book it in advance😊

The company only accept kaspi payment (similar like paytm in India) and cash payments. We also faced difficulty to book this tour. So we met some Indian students in Almaty who paid the agent via kaspi on our behalf and we paid them in cash. You can ask the hotel where you will stay to make payment on your behalf and you can pay them in cash.

Hey😊 The best option is to contact them via WhatsApp and enquire about the bookings. We booked this tour package after reaching there, what we did was that we took help from some Indian student whom we met in Almaty for transferring the payment to the tour company as they were only accepting kaspi payment (similar like paytm), you can ask your hotel staff to transfer the payment on your behalf and you can pay them in cash.

Need some information on the stay 46,2 Karmysova street Serviced Apartments , It shows they have check in time of 2 to 6 PM , but we are landing there at 7.40 PM, considering the the property is like 12 kms from Almaty Airport, we should reach there around 10 to 11 PM in the night, Just wanted to confirm will they allow check at that time. Are there any extra charges or what will be the process, I dont see any number or email to contact these guys
