Chase HQ still one of my favourite arcade games to this day. I had the excellent ZX Spectrum conversion back in the day, and played it to death during the week before heading to my local arcades on Redcar beach with my 20p coins to try the real thing. Fast forward a few (?!) years, and I now go straight to Chase HQ when visiting the excellent Arcade Clubs in Bury and Leeds. Thanks for this excellent roundup video!

Great video! I adored this game as a kid. Asked my parents to get the game for Christmas. In the run up to that fateful day, I played the demo from (IIRC) Crash magazine over and over again. Once you found the bad guy, the time was extended but as it was a demo, not by enough. Despite my attempts, I never caught the bad guy. Come Christmas Day, I played my ZX Spectrum 128K conversion to death. From first thing in the morning, all the way through the late afternoon when I finally completed it. I distinctly remember my parents complaining about the constant siren noise and I had to turn the volume down. In my eyes, it was a fantastic conversion. Errm, yeah, so thanks for the video and it certainly brings back memories for me!

Great Video, its also one of my all time fave racers and I'd love to play it again. I just don't understand why Taito refuses to release this as it's not like they're not releasing almost everything else recently and in the last few years, I even bought the Egret II Mini arcade in the hope of it being on there, and it wasn't even on the extra SD Card package which in total cost me nearly £600.. So I am a bit amazed by this, especially as it was so popular! Would love to know the reason why Taito !!!

There is no way the Chicago Pushers are driving a 959, more likely they're driving a 911 (930, note the "whale tale" spoiler rather than the "hoop" from side to side that the 959 has). Yeah, I'm a car nerd! I was going to complain that you didn't mention the Amstrad version, but that's only in the text, so I'll let you off of that one. 😛 I played a sit down unit way back in the 90s.
