How much effort do you put into employer marketing? As you may already know, recruiting talent is one of the most crucial things to make a successful business. So if you’re looking for talent recruitment strategies to find the right team members, you’ve come to the right place.
If you’ve ever owned or been with a dog, you’ll know that they’re straightforward in their response to humans. If you chase them, they run. If you offer them a treat, they get attracted and approach you to collect it. Humans aren’t very different from that.

You need to be able to communicate what your company can offer to potential employees, and in the language that A-players find attractive. Your employer marketing has to adequately represent the job or jobs so you can start recruiting talent who are a great fit for the role and for your company.

Superb 🌟 Mam could u tell how to start & get freelancing clients quickly as a design construction engineer bcoz there are not much projects in my field which are given to freshers without 2yrs of experience in execution of design so how can i get through this problem & thrive in the uncertain phase ?

Hi @Mohib, I have several videos on this channel on sales & marketing that might help. I can see how becoming a freelancer without much experience is challenging. You might consider aligning yourself with firms that are understaffed - perhaps they can bring you on as an employee to help you get the experience you need, or outsource overflow work to you as a freelancer.
