I love this. You are a real person, working a tough job and married. Outdoors KZbinrs seem to act like working a job is an oppressive experience rather than a potential for a great life with balance. You show that is not true and that's why you in particular inspire me to get out there.

Hey, great video and beautiful scenery. I hiked part of this this year whilst I was following the Walkers Haute Route and wondered if you possibly had that trail in mind for the future. It is a beautiful trail That runs from Chamonix to Zermatt in Switzerland and I definitely recommend hiking it. It is also far less busy than the TMB once you are off the overlapping stages. I hiked it all in 10 days but it could be done quicker if you pushed but it is so incredibly beautiful you'd want to take your time. Anyway, cheers for giving me a great 1 hour and 7 minutes of gorgeous trail and scenery.

What a trip👏 just in the first stages of planning to do it for next year so hope you don't mind if throw some questions at u👍 1- What month did u do it was it cold at night? 2- was there plenty of water sources about? 3- can u just rock up at the campsites or did u need to pre book or phone ahead? Great hikes guys enjoyed the watching it 👍

Great vid, thanks for sharing. It's actually not the highest mountain in all of Europe but in the Alps. Mount Elbrus in Russia is the highest in all of Europe and another 5 peaks are higher than Mont Blanc.

Lovely documentary of your hike😊. I have question I will be going this August and deciding late like you I will have to bring my camp gear My question what’s the chance when arriving to hut to find a spot to sleep? Did you by villages at the end of the day where there is hotels? I was thinking of not bringing my jetboil to reduce weight since I heard there is places to eat along the way, do you think I can get away with it, just saw you camped in the mountain, can I for example eat dinner before I head up if it is close? And maybe in the morning head to close by village to eat breakfast, or they might be far?
@ChaseChristopher1
@ChaseChristopher1 Ай бұрын
Thanks! We did not book anything ahead of time, and only stayed in the one hotel. I did not check any of the huts along the way but I heard they were all completely booked. You could definitely leave the Jet boil behind and just make use of resources along the way. I would keep a meal or two in reserve in case you don’t make it to the next spot or they are closed or something. Have a great trip!
