Just took mine ‘24 home tonight, was also afraid of the road handling because of everything you read&hear. I’ve watched all of the other moto-tuber reviews of the T7 before I listened to your take. All of the other reviewers have a weird inauthentic, uninvested, elitist vibe and they end their takes being critical of the T7 being tall and top heavy, the cliche remarks everyone makes. You on the other hand, review the bike as an overall package, without being hyper critical or nit-picking. That is what consumers need to hear in a bike review.

OC: I've definitely noticed the laugh/giggles you get on first rides, but more so whenever you see Chase wheelie on a First Ride it screams he loves this bike. Also gives me the feeling once you get home Heather be like "So tell me how much you really really want that bike" Plus easy way to fund the T7 is to trade in the MT10. As for what bike I had avoided for so long after hearing a friend praise it endlessly, it was the Aprilia RSV4 Factory limited and my Gods that bike was freaking phenomenal. I've always been more than a lil bit of a Yamaha fanboy but the RSV4 Factory did occupy a full year of my life and if I didn't desire to own a track and daily R6 I'd probably still own the RSV4 Factory.
@glynhannaford73327 ай бұрын
What is it about the RSV4 that you like so much, please?
@Frank_Torre7 ай бұрын
@@glynhannaford7332 Honestly there are alot of things I love about the RSV4 Factory. IMO it is the best looking Aprilia. It's the smoothest riding V4 I've rode to date. The ergos were more comfortable to me than a Panigale V4. It did get warm but not as hot as a Panigale V4. Outside of a test ride on a S1000RR the RSV4 Factory had the smoothest quickshifter I've experienced. The tech features are some of the best. Plus this maybe just me but I love a loud exhaust and a SC Project GP22 exhaust is just obnoxiously loud and I love it. Some days I get ready for a ride and find myself looking for the RSV4 in the garage. In my heart though I'm a Yamaha guy and the R6 is and will always be my favourite sportbike. That said I'd definitely recommend a RSV4 Factory or regular RSV4 to anyone who has the experience to handle it.

@chaseontwowheels The biggest thing the T7 needs is tubeless wheels. It's a MUST specially if you plan to ride alone. There is no way u can break that bead on the rear, TRUST ME i tried. Even bought a special took for it. Even if i can, do i really wanna change a tire in 100 degree California heat NO THANKS. I ended up spending extra 2k grand for tubeless wheels after spending 1k on making it off-road ready (skidplate, crashbars, barkbuster) and after getting the bike out the door for like 12k. That's 15k before my first ride off-road. The 2023 ktm 1290 s is on sale at my dealer for 16k. I just put 20k on my T7. Now i haven't ridden a all of bikes. I had the fz07 before. The T7 is sooooo fun in the backroads not so much on the freeway power wise. I am sitting at 7k doing 95k and 6k will get you cruising at 80 so not bad just not fun. I spend 10hr in the saddle on a trip the other day over 2 days. I went through rough single lane(wavy/twisty), gravel, easy dirt. That is where this thing shines like tight back to back corner mannnnn!! this is comes to life. I been thinking about getting a ktm 1290 adv s but after my last trip i don't if i wanna any more.

What’s up man, I recently test rode the Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE. That was a bike that I knew had pretty stellar reviews, but it felt even better than expected. It was awesome. However, I am looking at this Tenere 700 too. How do you think it compares? The only concern I have is that it won’t have the low and mid range torque that I loved in the 1200 XE. I am not too concerned with high end torque. The Tenere is obviously a smaller engine, but does that mostly translate to less power on the top-end, or is it felt in the lower gears and RPMs as well?
