I love that little room where you get the Bullgoat Talisman. I chill there while I’m invading sometimes. It’s really peaceful and pretty. There’s a little cave creek, some flowers, a tree, a deer and some springhares, and even a couple dramatic light shafts.

Guard counters are a really good mixup. Most people either use them way too much or never at all, so to throw one out in the middle of an invasion almost always catches someone by surprise.

30:25 Cestus does strike for any future stone skinned or crystal fellas! Also I feel like star fist would be a fun addition to the arsenal. They have innate bleed but are also infusible, and the charged heavies on fists are stagger machines in PVE. In general I find strike damage to be a lot of fun in PVE, there are a lot of stoney enemies that are fun to blast with big blunt objects. Brick hammer is a favorite of mine. It gets A arcane scaling on occult so it could be a good choice for this run as well? Well, it might still do better on heavy but still.

For real, took him 10 seconds to stagger and delete more than half its health without taking any damage, then proceeds with 2 backstabs... at only level 78... it took me a whole minute and a half to kill this boss with buffs at level 150 and I still had to use 2 flasks. You could add in other status effects as well, especially once you get the Antspur Rapier to stack rot and poison. Even better, you could apply Sleep pressure using St. Trina's Torch.

A setup that works for me when doing arcane build is war cry bleed infused bloodhound claws plus typical buffs. A fully charged R2 followed up by R2 bleeds multiple times and typically one shots.

Just as a future note of reference, the Godskins have pretty good fire resistance (and also obviously holy resistance). I believe the Noble is resistant to strike damage but also weak to piercing damage.

The follow up on Sword Dance is a good way to catch people off guard if it misses with the sweeping attacks. You get a decent bit of time after the initial attack to hit L2 again, so if you time it right you catch people trying to run in and capitalise on your miss 👌I usually miss on purpose just so I can lure people in then bonk them on the head

Chase if you use poisonous mist on a blood affinity GUGS with the mushroom crown and kindred of rot's exultation it becomes one of the most terrifying weapons in the game. You should try it.

Awesome 2nd season of PVP runes only. I‘m curious how you will doing. I personally broke up all 5 run‘s i did by my own, since it‘s superhard to find Mega high level summons above lvl 70. For some reason those extreme high level summons are joining low/mid level host‘s way more often in my expierence. So it simply takes ages to get a viable end game build going. The Greatsword is honestly a better shield than most shields. Solid guard boost (especially on the physical paths) and actually really good elemental defences.

I use the peeler on my str/arc build with piercing fang and blood infusion and I think you'll be surprised at how strong it is with the running r2 into piercing fang combo if you give it a shot

It's kind of weird, but all invader npcs (plus the invaded npcs) with healing will try to heal once while they don't have any heals. All npcs only have one heal, and none of the preset ones have healing miracles so you only have to worry about them healing once

For Str/Arc I would recommend using marais executioner sword. For pve and pvp. Tap L2 can roll catch and do immense damage.
