Speaking from experience as a complete noob... I bought these, thought i could do the challange got to 3 nuts and i was done lol. Next day I ate 1, day after I ate 1 and my tongue bled. I gave it a rest for 3-4 days. Took another 1 and it was always always damn tough!!!!! Then I made the silly mistake I thought oh i'll take 2 the next day on an empty stomach........OMG NEVER EVER DO THAT!!!! Stomach cramps were insane, entire body was sweating, I was violently sick eventually, throat burnt but that was nothing to the cramps etc. Once I was sick I felt better. So yeah eat before you try, these nuts are amazing !!!!!!

When buying 6 extra portions of chilly sauce with my burger costs more than the burger itself?
