Thank you for the review. Have you heard how the customer service is for the Quince brand? I have previously owned Delsey and their customer service was very good (they replaced a damaged suitcase no problems). I was interested in Quince because of the compression capabilities.

Tbh it seems like a pretty direct Away clone almost exactly including the included magic eraser. But I guess if it’s priced at 1/3 the price yeah maybe it does win hard. The handle at the bottom of the Away wasn’t in versions years ago I’ll tell you that.
