CHASING a Lane Cove River GHOST

So obviously I'm not talking about a real ghost, I am of course talking about a Mulloway aka Jewfish, I wasn't even going to go fishing this day, then I decided to take a look at the tide times and they looked good, so I jumped in the ute and headed out to try for, my first Lane Cove river jewy... How did I go?
Did I manage to get one?
Did I even catch anything?

Good stuff, bit of sun nice. The water temp up there is probably about 14 deg c or less. Gets pretty cool in winter in LCR. Noce though, fish or two is good.

Good little sesh mate. I noticed the water temp dropped on the beaches to 17 C, so it will not be long before it gets cold and still in the Estuaries. Frost in NW sydney this morning.

The school jews normally move into the Parra about this time. There are some nice reefs and humps around kissing point and upriver that hold fish.

@@adzoutnabout888 they are up there mate, as I mentioned before, I post more fish on the fishbrain app than on my channel 👍 Been getting a few Jewys at the moment, going to try film a night video tonight, just depends how the lighting is down where I'm heading 👍 Just started showing up in Lane cove, there was a small school last weekend, very few hits from them... I'm hoping by next weekend, they have picked up in numbers 👍
