Chasing the Fall Colors through Jump Off Rock, Asheville, NC and the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway!

11/1/2021 - Today, we adventure into North Carolina to try to chase the somewhat elusive "fall colors". We make a stop at Jump Off Rock in Laurel Park, NC, then head into Asheville for a quick bite to eat and then took a drive along the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway. It was a beautiful meandering day in the mountains of North Carolina, a great drive any time of year!
