Until it has directly touched your life, you never know what to say around cancer. I'm 13 years remission now and it's still there in the back of my mind all the time, and I am still sometimes at a loss for words when talking to other people about it. I hope that you don't ever have to deal with it, my dude.

Nice, my part of the world. Had friends trying to get up there but those gravel climbs freaked me out. We ride a little further west on the Blue Ridge pkwy in Charlottesville Va. Saw some local kits, I live in the flatlands of Va. Beach. Friends are trying to get me up there for a Gran Fondo in October, but same weekend as Dogfish Head I Pedal a Lot 120k wife will make that call.

High salt quantity and vinegar is what pickles- any kind- cucumbers, carrots, watermelon rinds, beans, beets. Also, a sugar pickling process preserves for sweet pickles. so you are replenishing your salt reserves when you eat dill pickles. The garlic in them is also good for you.
