What would happen to the sports card market if all of these cards in shops and storage units were available online? Are there enough set builders (base and parallel) to keep the hobby churning? It's sad to see Ty climbing mountains of cards, but is it good for the hobby that supply is neglectfully limited in this way because of the amount of time to sort and list cards?

No way I’m leaving that unit behind!! Even the dead overflow you don’t want can go in bulk to local auction houses and would pull 30%~40% of the actual purchase. Then you of course you play the game grade flip hold. I’m sure the number could of been low enough for the risk especially being you can see they are not cherry picking there’s definitely value in that unit. I wish I would see these come through for me because I can’t leave lots like this behind.

When people look at ‘comps’ they take that ‘comp’ at sold value (before tax/shipping) when in fact people are paying 8-10% more on that sold value (tax/shipping), so a $100 ‘comp’ is actually more like $108-$110 actual cash sold value (that’s a 10% gap right of the rip). 60-70% offers are crazy. Good on you though. I’d love to buy at 60-70%. Not hating on you at all. I just feel bad for folks that want/need to sell so low.
