Nick Chitty, Your build is set on a loop and your voice fills my little shop as I build my Medina a few feet away. Looking forward to finishing the wing, so I can hear you talk about something else. I wanted to say thank you for the time you've spent recording and explaining the steps you took. Thanks to you, I am certain that the plane is going to turn out better than it would have otherwise. I have also subscribed and watched many of your other videos. I would like to see your OZeRES 2 fly without the aid of the slope?

That’s very kind paul thank you I have done 3 videos flat field days with the OZeRes but I am not happy with the content. I will give it another go 🙏👌

I'm curious if the carbon fiber tissue could be laid and stretched on the tops of the ribs at the leading edge of the wing with aliphatic resin, then if/when covered with the film, this effort would this reduce the valleys between the ribs?

i think the heat shrink will damage the carbon underneath . try dental tape :)

How do you make that sound?? I have one but all it does is sit in the corner and glare at me with its wax-covered eye!!

I noticed at 23.12 you are wiping the aliphatic resin on the trailing edge with a tissue or paper towel. Does the glue actually wick inside the joint like thin CA and your just cleaning the excess glue away? Or something else?

Great vid. So the step with the blue tac under the spar is superfluous? And, I'm not sure how that saying originated, but no one that I know here in Australia calls them shrimp, they're prawns. And rarely do we have prawns BBQ'd. Looking forward to the fuselage vid. Hooroo :)

Enjoyed the build vids, are the kids available from the UK or ordered from Australia, if ordered from Australia do the kids get import duty added when arriving in UK,

Hi from Australia Nick. Quick question for you, is the leading edge on the Centre section one piece? It's not mentioned in the instructions or in your video. Cheers.

2 peace Mate make you get the right bit as next section is similar length. It’s two peace as it has slight bit dihedral in the centre section

Hey Nick you are so thorough with your vids. Are you ex military..? You have a precision I know about!! I am still on Micro Sinbad and it is a real tester with tissue and dope with the contours . I am old so know and love how tissue and dope works. It has taken 60 years to perfect it. And even then it gets me. This Glider in your vid sure looks a good flyer. I will check it out. With a name like OZ does the kit come from Australia? Cheers Nick. Ps....i know the fish and chip shop on the harbour very well!. Best F and C in Ilfracombe. Is Coutant Lamda still there by the lake? I worked there for four years! Lived in Appledore. Pete

Hi Peter good spot I am a medic consultant Audiologist. The factory is still there but now called TDK I am on the hill to the left as you come into Ilfracombe. Moved here 6 years ago still feel like I am on holiday 😍 look forward to your Sinbad I love mine
