I’m double majoring in marketing real estate and management and minoring in international business. I graduate next fall. Thinking about doing real estate marketing since in Minnesota it’s salary based. Figured that I could also get my real estate license too and become a listing agent. Figured that it would eventually get me to a place where I can start investing in properties and get my brokers license after 5 years experience with real estate.

I live in a very "suburb" area, but I've never really heard of that and I don't think anywhere really does that and a client wouldn't pay for it around here unless an apartment complex had their own agents or something.
