Loved the staging and how the petite salon represented your completed vision. Maybe your guests comments says that for future tours you need to have a "before and during" book in each finished room that gives a dozen photos to compare to the finished room so people continue to understand the effort and vision required. I think part of the fascination is that it makes you and the chateau more accessible - from "rich people who could afford this " to "Oh, ordinary people who have taken a risk, followed their dream and worked really hard to create this." Oh no! You've just successfully pulled off this Herculean task and here I am suggesting another project! Kudos to you both and all your volunteers. Now, go rest and become healthy.

You Two did a fantastic job making the chateau look sooo beautiful. Congratulations. A lot of hard work has gone into restoring the house, furniture and it has not been in vain. This video and the one about the auction made me very happy. I have just returned from my (modest) house in France, (an injured hand, thanks to my daughter's feral cat) and a busted knee (on the plane, my fault) made me really miserable, but the splendid patrimonie day and the fantastic auction have cheered me up! We bought a nice dining table and two Louis 16 chairs and I wish I was there to enjoy them but I loved looking at your purchases and felt a lot better. The pictures are rather splendid, well done! I remember when these walls were not done and some of the furniture you bought for each room. Nice to go along with your 2 and go shopping. Then the bedroom suite is where I'd stay.

As usual I knew Stewart and Patrick, you would pull it off even with the dining room not being finished. Really gave a very good idea of what it will look like when it's finished.
