Thank you for the information. I also use a cork and a small bit of silicon to place my Oliso on. I have actually burned my Iron board cover with my Oliso, so I am extra careful not to leave it on just the Iron board but on my cork and slicon.

I’m on my 5th Oliso TG1600 Iron. The steam button stopped working on all. Oliso stands behind their products and has replaced all of them. I like hearing you do not use water in your irons, I think I am going to start doing the same.😊

I bought an Oliso Pro for myself at Christmas. I love it, but yes, it’s hard to get used to the auto lift. It is a good solid iron and you do not have to worry about it tipping over.

I don’t use water in my iron either prefer a misting bottle to spray fabrics.
